3. Client Responsibility

The client is responsible for ensuring that any material, analysis or assistance received from us is used in accordance with the rules of their university, institution, journal, employer or funding organisation.

Where appropriate, clients should acknowledge external consultancy, analytical assistance or other contributions in accordance with applicable academic or institutional requirements.

4. Research Integrity

We do not alter, fabricate or intentionally manipulate research findings to produce a predetermined outcome.

Statistical analysis should be driven by appropriate methodology and the characteristics of the available data rather than by a desired conclusion.

5. Right to Refuse

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate a project where we reasonably believe that the requested service would facilitate academic misconduct, research misconduct, fraud or unlawful activity.
